Would highly recommend Amber Locksmiths. Car key snapped off the fob, took it elsewhere for repair only to be disappointed in service and end result. Ira on the other hand, was polite, professional and quick to answer the phone and get over to us, on Sunday afternoon no less. We now have a new working key. Cost wise, this didn't break the bank and was fair and I feel less than we would have been charged elsewhere.

Ira was fantastic, very personable and trustworthy. He came out to fix our key fob withing a couple of hours and worked late. He persevered where others might have decided to claim it unfixable or refer us to a main dealership. Top job!

I’m very frustrated as I have had no sleep the day I was stranded with my car no keys (lost the key) paid a £100 deposit for the guy to come down after 2.30hrs to spend 5 hours just to give me the key blade because he couldn’t make the key with the fob which had to be programmed with the car, so because he couldn’t make me a key for my car he tried processing a refund and this happened was more than a week ago and I still haven’t received my money. I had another locksmith come to sort my problem out, explain why he got it done in exactly 40mins. With all the re-programming with the car and everything.

We called up and asked if the could come to our aid ASAP we where then advised that it would be 15-30 minutes. 2 hours later we heard nothing called them multiple time and tried texting them with no answer.
