Great customer service. Jim helped me and my family find exactly what we needed and gave us amazing advice. He was very nice and wasn't at all trying to make us buy lots. We left feeling happy and understanding a lot more than when we entered.
Aftersales not satisfactory, bought a jacket and was told to return to the wholesaler rather than their shop, legally this isnt how it works. Wholesaler has been very co-operative, I cannot say the same about Micks Tackle, will not return calls and expect the customer to do all the leg work. Avoid.
What more could you ask for, great bloke plenty of knowledge and a well stocked shop, hard beat to find a better one
