Change to Dafen pharmacy yesterday, they collected my prescription this morning, and it was delivered this afternoon, loverly staff and first class service , thank you very much.
I registered and put in for a repeat prescription through them, they informed me I had to phone orders in 'by 11am', then when I rang at 9.45am, was told the delivery driver had already left and that its best to phone for repeat prescriptions before 9.25am. If I didn't then it would take a day longer to get my prescription to me. I said that would be ok and told them what I needed. When nothing arrived and the pharmacy continually ignore their phone, I phone my doctors surgery 3 days later only to be told Dafen Pharmacy had never even turned up with my prescription. I won't be using a pharmacy delivery service I can't rely on to collect and deliver medication I need, if they fail to even answer their phone (several times a day over several days) and don't even take my scripts down after saying they would. While many do rely on this pharmacy, I for one won't trust them again.
