Hopeless at filling a repeat prescription on time. Then they promised to deliver it but in the entire time since first lockdown they have delivered it precisely once. This time they missed it completely and because they close on Sunday I had to go and beg the pharmacist in Quadrant Boots for an emergency supply, which he was kind enough to do. Now waiting until their two hour lunch break is over to go and have it out with them. Avoid.
Good covid-19 policy in place - and good selection in store - disappointed by time it takes for prescription filling
Amazing friendly staff and it’s our local pharmacy to go to . Reliable and with the amount of customers /patients that come to this branch it’s busy but you can understand why .. it’s convenient and ideally located. Pharmacists are always on hand with any help/advice you need. Never had a problem in the year I’ve been going .
A nice Boots in the center of town
Store used to be good a few years go but seen a drastic drop in quality and service from the pharmacy which is very unfortunate, assuming the new management is the result of this.
Ranging from seeing the store being short staffed to excessively long wait times (1 hour for a prescription last week) in addition to staff being overworked and not handling the chaos for how busy the area is with their extra small staff size.
In the past their ordering takes a long time, such as a prescription for my mother they haven't had in stock for over a week, took prescription back and gave it to Tycoch and got it straight away.
Furthermore having given my mum a wrong prescription having to wait 30-40 minutes just to get that one sorted, its a joke currently really, needs urgent help this business.
