Just wanted to say I was served by two lovely ladies today Immanuella and Tracey both were very friendly and polite and served me with a smile on their face, they was very knowledgeable about greggs products and nothing was to much trouble I will definitely be returning excellent customer service they are an asset to your shop.
Come in almost everyday for my lunch on my way to work. Sometimes have to wait 5 mins to be served when it's really busy but the management and staff are great.
Typical Greggs. Got a couple of pasties before heading up to Cheshunt FC. The pasties could of been a bit warmer though.
Really good I come here every morning
Every weekend I come in and order the same thing. Almost every weekend it's wrong. There's always an 85% chance they will forget to put vanilla in my coffee even if i say it twice. The bag my food comes in will always be covered in ketchup or some other gunk the guy making it has been touching.
