Love it here. Staff are knowledgeable, as attentive as they need to be. The animals well cared for. I guess it's not the biggest zoo but it will have everything you want, you will see everything that they offer and it will fill your day. Meaning you won't have to make any compromise to not see an animal to make sure you see another. Price I say are fair.

Great value for a great day out. Zoo is well thought out and all the animals look happy in well sized and well kept enclosures. Plenty of food and drink stops dotted around, they are a little bit more expensive than Tesco as some previous reviewers have pointed out - but I know who I would rather give my money too! I look forward to the new wetlands area!

This place is amazing for younger children. So much to do & see. Only disappointment was despite keep going back to certain enclosures some animals we could not see and wondered if they were actually in there. Staff were amazing and so geared up for kids. Recommend to anyone.

We had a great family day out. We were lucky to go when Al the facilities other than the main cafe/restaurant had reopened. Great to see a real mixture of animals. The keepers are really friendly and knowledgeable. The exhibits are all modern and really well maintained and provide a good opportunity to see the animals.

Great zoo to spend a day, more like a safari park than a zoo with lots of wide open spaces rather than animals cooped up in small cages.
