A beautiful place to walk and relax, with great views. Usually easy to park and there are other great walks in the immediate area. Just a shame you can hear the constant drone of the M3!

Stuck on the motorway for 6 hours, it was dark and it rained a lot. But I pee'd on the motorway.....twice. Would visit again. 5 stars

I went here for a socially distanced walk with my boyfriend during the (relaxed) COVID-19 lockdown. Shawford Down is very pretty and has relatively good parking; It also has numerous benches located at the top of the hill which makes it perfect for looking across the countryside on a clear day.
