House and some of the gardens are currently shut due to pandemic, but there's still lots of garden left to see with great views across the countryside. Toilets and tea room open!

Lovely as usual and a sunny afternoon which helped but oh dear the cafe set up really needs a look at as far as efficiency is concerned. Yes I know we are in difficult times but the throughput rate is very slow.

We always feel good when we walk the grounds. The gardens are a very special place to visit, we love the pond, the formal gardens, the magnificent trees and not forgetting the cattle in the grounds! The veg garden has some lovely produce every year. The staff work so hard, keep it up it is appreciated.

Plenty different kinds of trees and gardens with plants and flowers. Good place for picnic. There's a fish pond with many fishes. Good for walkers to explore the whole ground with many shades under the high trees in the summer.

It's a shame so many of the gardens were out of bounds. However, the woodland walk was idyllic. Highly recommended.
