Typical Starbucks drive through or drink in. Two staff on and one person in front of me. Would have been fine except service was very slow, being a drive through it appeared that drive through customers got preference . ??

The ginger guy is very rude. I politely asked if I could leave the cup holders because I couldn’t put it on my passengers seat or else it’ll spill like it did last time (I was the only one in the car and if there was passenger they could easily hold it. He just rudely went no and told me to just chuck it in the bin on my way out and walked off. Firstly there was no need to be that rude I was in the car for a reason I’m not going out of my way to put it in the bin when you could easily just pass my the drinks by hand (reuse it for your next customers). I’m guessing he doesn’t really care about Starbucks environmental sustainability goals either, telling me to just put it in the bin on my way out. At the end of the day I’m spending £6 and probably helping him keep his job especially during these uncertain times. So I deserve better service. All he needed to do was just take the drinks out of the holder and pass me them over not too much to ask! Tell him to smile more too! (Young girl who I payed with was very lovely though!)

Big queues but staff working flat out,only saw 2 staff members, quite content to wait,worth it 😃

I use this Starbucks frequently. Service is always fast and friendly, products are good quality, and although I usually use the drive thru when I do go inside the shop is always clean and tidy.

It's OK. Had 2 medium lattes but on 3 of the occasions we have been the coffee is overheated. Difficult to drink whilst driving. The taste is good though. Also a cup sleeve would be helpful. Some starbucks seem to hand them out and some don't
