Absolutely appalling. I registered as a private patient as I need some dental work urgently. I have been in pain from toothache for months now. I have left messages and emails asking for an appointment. I do not mind waiting for one, but if you can't even book in, it leaves me no choice, but to go elsewhere. No customer service at all.
Visited practice as an emergency appointment due to having toothache and was extremely impressed with service. I have now joined as a perminant patient and will not be going anywhere else. Highly recommend!
Went to Spa Dental for general dental checkup. Overall good experience. Very helpful and professional staff.
