Had a cut and blow-dry, my hair looked fantastic and very soft. I went back two weeks later to have a color done. I said what I wanted and they showed me the colours book, which Jane told me which would look best on my hair type and colour. The colour was amazing I couldn't have been any happier. Staff couldn't be more helpful, really nice and did my hair the way I wanted it done.

The WORST haircut I have had in my 21 years of living. An unprofessional and just downright lazy cut that did not even last 20 minutes. Would never go again even if I was paid to. 1 star is being generous
