Friendly, efficient, yep good place.
Brought van in for a new number plate, 3 hours later I decide to pipe up as other commitments waiting..... they have serviced vehicle 800 miles early! Told me it would be 15 minutes more! Another hour later I complained and got told 5 minutes.... we are now 4 hours 40 minutes in and still no van.... delayed my day by 5 hours without any updates until prompted! Don't believe they understand people have other commitments and these type of extras need to be confirmed before hand.
Terrible service,no room in the yard had to park outside and wait on double yellows. I booked in the van to be serviced at 10am finally got in their wook shop 12.40 took an hour before the van was ready so I lost the whole day. Second time around 4/11/20 still terrible service waited inside for someone to come to the counter could hear people out back said hello waited no one came spoke again no one came approached the office thinking I wasn't being heard but I could hear them.I was then told rudely to back away for the door way and wait whilst they got back to talking about nothing, so anyone who is lazy and rude and you see a job for the back office staff required your fit right in. #C##ts
