DO NOT USE!!! We booked a van to move house a week in advance. Due to collect the van at 9am in the morning, they called the day before saying the van won't be ready and we would have to get it at 12 instead. This was a massive inconvenience as it was for moving house and we needed it in the morning, hence why we booked in advance! Anyway. Next day comes. Due to collect the van at 12. They call at 11, YES AN HOUR BEFORE WE GET THE VAN to say they don't have a van now. They've left it until an hour before we collect the van to let us know on our moving day that they don't have the van we paid for and booked a week ago. ABSOLUTELY ABISMAL! they are the worst company to use for hire. Terrible service. Oh and they wanted us to was 3 days for the refund. Absolute bunch of clowns.

Great Staff, very friendly, very flexible, vehicles always clean and tidy. Only problem I had was Google Maps took me to the wrong location. I did inform the staff and they said they would look into it

I had a pick up arranged with this enterprise, unfortunately they left me waiting for two hours on the side of the road. I phoned multiple times however they very rarely answer. On one occasion the phone genuinely rang for over 10 minutes. When they did answer I was assured they wouldn’t be long as they were only 15-20 mins away. However my wait continued. When they did eventually turn up they dropped the car to me instead, which is fine, however after he left I got in and discovered the seat was broken and could not be moved. I had to drive for hours in a very cramped and uncomfortable position. I’m surprised the car was on hire with such a flaw as I believe this could be considered dangerous. As usual with the London branches the staff were unprofessional and uncaring. They talk to you like they’re your mate and not a customer. I find branches outside of London to be friendly, polite and very professional. Their customer service is top notch and they will go above and beyond for you. The same can not be said of this branch. One of the worst I’ve had to deal with.
