Our conservatory roof had leaked for years but when the awful storms hit early in the year we knew we couldn't carry on doing small repairs, we contacted Athena and they came to give us a quote, we thought them to be very professional and competent, and this was reflected in the work carried out by the young fitters Jamie and Ollie. Our conservatory living space is due to be converted to a kitchen and dining area next week which we have also contracted Athena to complete due to the fabulous job they did with our conservatory back in August. All in all the experience has been hassle free however we have had a slight delay due to the affects of COVID, hence the reason for four stars. Other than that it’s been faultless guys thank you!!
The Fitters who undertook the work were right on time and explained what they would be doing and how, took great care to ensure they did not create any dirt or dust during the work, left the house clean and tidy, explained how to use the new doors especially the new locking mechanism. In essence they were extremely professional and polite in everything they did for us. This was the third time we have used Athena and will certainly have no hesitation in using them again when the time comes. highly recommended
Absolutely first class from start to finish. The company have been a pleasure to work with during the project and nothing has been too much trouble. Any snags were rectified immediately and the aftercare service has also been second to none. One of the best decisions we’ve made to trust athena with our project and our money.
My job, although small was awkward and quite frankly I was terrified it would be a total mess. The exact opposite. The installation team told me exactly what they would be doing and made a very good job of it. Also, a terrific job of removing all the mess afterwards. I honestly could not tell they had been there.
All in all a great job done which I am extremely happy with. I'm very happy to recommend them to anybody. Thanks Athena and your great installation team.
What a fantastic job. Great team who did the work. Beautiful finish. The conservatory has been transformed. We use this all year round and in the past have used small fan heaters to make it liveable in colder times. It's a bigger than normal conservatory at 5.8 x 4.8 metres with a high roof and we have no heating in there in a North facing garden. During these last few weeks of glorious sunshine has been great. In the mornings the temperature has not gone above 26 (before it would get to early 30s). I can't see us needing much in the way of fan heaters being on in the morning anymore
