We live in a Semi-Detached property where our neighbours have had their roof changed, ever since this happened the party wall kept on leaking every time it rained quite hard. We had multiple roofers come to our property and all stated the only way to fix the issue was to have our roof changed and then started trying to sell us a new roof…
I called the Roof Crew after a friend suggested them and as soon as they came round, they knew what the issue was and how to fix it.
A few days later they came back with materials and fixed the issue with the roof joint, I wish we had called them sooner as it would have saved us nearly a year of having a damp wall...
Brilliant bunch of guys would highly recommend to anyone who needs a roofer, they don’t try to rip you off and just get the issue resolved.
Roof Crew was quick to diagnose our roof problem, source the correct type of slate (which was difficult, due to lockdown shortages) and carry out the work, which included re-bedding ridge tiles, replacing broken slates and weatherproofing the chimney. Jason was highly knowledgeable on the subject and kept us informed throughout the process, explaining in detail what he was doing. The team were friendly and cleaned up afterwards. The quote was very reasonably priced and this matched what we paid after the work was completed. Would definitely recommend.
