I do not trust the dentist here I am afraid, I have registered with a new dentist and I have realised how poor the service at Broxbourne dentist was. He never does a scale and polish with your check up, which he really ought to do. He always referred me to the hygienist when it was unnecessary, I realise this in retrospect as the hygienist used to comment on my healthy gums... so I wonder why he referred me ? The only motive can be profit. My new dentist does a scale and polish as part of my check up and has told me my gums are healthy so I do not need to pay to see a hygienist. And all of this is the tip of the iceberg compared to what my step daughter and husband have experienced. It’s a no brainer I would advice registering elsewhere. This man is only interested in your money.
Normal can get a NHS appointment quickly.. Excellent staff Robert is brilliant Excellent quality of work with no. Pushy staff.. They also call you before to remind you of your appointment. Inside does state they offer 0% finance (Not that I have used it)
Waiting to much...
Reception told us we had to wait 4days for a emergency appointment with a very sore mouth even though my wife is a patient here.
The emergency came after my wife had worked done at the same clinic and we had been refused emergency treatment. 😠
Had to register elsewhere to get the tooth seen .
Very dissapointing and frustrating when you are in pain!!!
How are people expected to wait for so long when they are in pain.
