I visited this week to continue some treatment and ended up unexpectedly having to have a wisdom tooth pulled. I’d never had a tooth extracted before and was incredibly anxious and worried about the process/pain but both the dentist and his assistant were very reassuring and made me feel as comfortable as is possible under the circumstances. I have found the practice helpful whenever I’ve called over the past few months and they also have good measures in place in terms of cleanliness during the current pandemic etc.
I’m a new patient at Together Dentist in Broxbourne, and very satisfied with my treatment I’ve had so far.
Have found all the staff extremely friendly, definitely make you feel at ease, especially in these difficult times with the Covid-19.
Very polite and helpful when you phone to ask for any advice.
Would definitely recommend if your looking for a new dentist.
Took 45 minutes to get thru. And when I did the phone staff were exceptionally rude. Not trained on computer system and seemed to be having a jolly old laugh at my expense. Couldn't get my details correct and having to keep consulting someone called 'Mandy'. Decided to go with a more friendly based dentists..no doubt they will bring out the old 'you're not registered with us' tactic. I am, it's just a way of deflecting blame.
Very professional. Safety is clearly top of the agenda. Sean is a brilliant dentist as is his nurse. Thank you for making the visit as safe and painless as possible.
Great dentist. Never had any problems.
If you want a hygienist who isn't out to cause you harm then i recommend Aga. Very gentle and doesn't appear to be like a lot of hygienists who have a vendetta against those with any tartar on their teeth
