Dr Ballard and the dental nurse working with her are both incredible. Before I started seeing Dr Ballard I was terrified of dental appointments, but the dental smile clinic have all been amazing to help me overcome a major fear. Every member of staff show that they really care for you and they are so reassuring. I can’t thank you all enough.

This is my first visit to this dental practice. A check up after 18 months having moved from another surgery. I found it entirely to my satisfaction. Clean, simple and straightforward. Staff were friendly and efficient. Dr Ballard was very good, examined and cleaned my teeth and gave me good, clear and unpatronising advice. Unusually for me when going to the dentist, I found the experience pleasant.

I have been a patient at Dental Smile Clinic for quite a few years now. I can honestly say that Dr Patel is the nicest, most gentle dentist I have ever had. I trust her completely carrying out all treatments I have had done. In the past, previous dentists at other surgeries have always made me feel anxious and nervous but Dr Patel always puts me at ease. I have recommended her to all my family & friends who all feel the same about the practice as me. The rest of the staff are always polite and friendly. I would not want to go anywhere else.
