As we went into lockdown 3 and already had my appointment confirmed before the announcement, I was unsure it would happen. But I can honestly say, have been totally impressed with the service, from reception staff to dental nurse to dentist. I was called the day before to confirm the appointment was still going ahead and reassured of any concerns in terms of their covid safe measures. All staff are extremely friendly and the clincians outstanding. The dentist was very professional, quick and reassuring, talking to me about what he was doing, throughout my tooth extraction.....highly recommend, five star service all round.
A brilliant experience from start to finish with my daughters braces and bonded retainer at Goffs Oak.
Marisa was so lovely and gentle with my daughter, she comes across as a very caring and professional orthodontist and the result is absolutely amazing. We cannot believe the difference..... I wish we had done it sooner.
I look forward to my 2nd daughter having hers soon, as I know she is in great hands.
