Mr Ram and his team are very professional in every aspect of dental practice. He is very polite and courteous and takes his time to ensure that I am relaxed and at ease to carry out the procedure. I am a nervous person and Mr Ram puts me at ease and informs me at all times of what he is doing.

I am not one to write reviews but felt the need to as I honestly could not be happier with my result and quality of care given throughout by Dr Ram and his team. I have always been apprehensive when it comes to going to the dentist but this has all changed since being treated here. The clear fact is that from day one the level of care Dr Ram and the team have for their patient is second to none and that has been true throughout the entire process. I was initially keen to have veneers but upon Dr Rams advice , decided to go for Invisalign with edge bonding. This allowed me to keep the teeth I already have and spent so many years looking after and am so happy I was advised of this route as opposed to just seeing the pound notes potentially on offer. Dr Ram and his team were always on hand to advise, reassure and help me through step by step and I am over the moon with the final result. I think the thing that stood out most isn’t just about the result itself, it is more the fact that Dr Ram is genuinely a really good guy with genuine care for customer satisfaction. This is something that become more apparent during the various appointments I had with him. Thank you again for everything and I look forward to seeing you all soon

Dr. Ram and his team are quite simply the best! Great attitude, professional, genuinely caring, a sensible approach to pricing and.......IT DIDN'T HURT AT ALL!. I now understand why some of their clients travel literally hundreds of miles to see them!

Dr Ram and the team at North House Dental go above and beyond to ensure their patients have a good experience at their practice. Dr Ram is clearly experienced and gives options rather than steering the patient towards the most expensive treatment. The covid prevention measures the practice has in place are the most comprehensive I have seen of any medical practitioner. I highly recommend North House Dental.

I went to the north house dental surgery for the first time. The staff were all very attentive, friendly and I felt very welcomed. They had also had a cancellation and called me to come in earlier than the appointment I had booked. I felt very nervous about my appointment as I had been experiencing a lot of pain in my tooth however Dr Veenesh was very reassuring and explained to me what the problem was and what treatment options I had. He offered time to think about the options and I felt very relaxed. I felt so relaxed I even fell asleep in the chair while undergoing my treatment! Dr Veenesh explained clearly so I was able to understand and make an informed decision. He also followed up with a courtesy call to check all was okay the following day. I would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends.
