I called regarding a booking , reception were very polite , they explained why they are limited on what can be done this is a very hard time for them as they can't do all they would like to help patients , they are very honest saying it could be a few more weeks before regular work can be done , I would highly recommend this practice , the staff do their best to get you help ,

I'm a very nervous patient... They registered me and saw me for an emergency appointment the very next day... I had my lower right wisdom tooth removed and the dentist did an amazing job... Put me at ease during the whole procedure and there was no bruising or swelling... And very little pain... The reception staff were also very helpful and friendly... I never review, but these guys get 5 stars because they deserve it... My dentists name was Tommy thanks to other reviews for reminding me

I went to see dentist during lock down well the daye is 12th June, I felt like I was treated like a child & was spoken to like a child, I have fainting issues & couldn't breath with the mask & I understand you need to wear them but you. can talk to people a lot better. When I went film staira to pay I missed the line on the floor & the ladies behind the desk wasn't very nice . They wouldn't like it if anyone of there family members were treated like that i came home crying my eyes out , I'd rather go through the pain then go there during this lock down .

I tried calling up several times and my call kept going to voicemail. When I finally got through, the reception staff were very unhelpful. Terrible service, if you are consdering going here then don't waste your time.

Incorrect opening hours on the signage outside, different on the website and different on google places. No information anywhere that after 5pm they are open for booked appointments only and that you'll be turned away at the door. I went there especially after work yesterday as according to their website they are open till 7pm on Wednesdays. I got there at 5pm only to see the main door locked and two receptionist sitting inside shouted to me that they are not allowed to open the door after 5pm unless I have a booking. They told me to come back in the morning and after that they just ignored me. Very rude. Aren't they allowed to use intercom to speak to their customers without shouting through the glass ? I asked to be contacted by the manager in the morning and haven't heard back anything. Their dentists might be good but their customer service from my experience is very bad.
