We’ve recently sold our family home after it had been a part of our lives for over half a century. Emotions were running high. All staff at Halls Estate Agents in Welshpool were extremely helpful and supportive whilst purchasing our new property and went above and beyond after completion to help us move into the area with ease. Really friendly and knowledgable staff, it is always a pleasure to pop in and say hello.
Called to arrange a viewing for a property, highly unprofessional on the phone. Having a conversation with colleagues while I was on the phone, not listening to the questions I was asking because the estate agent was too busy listening to what her colleagues were saying.
If that’s how they treat potential customers I would hate to think how they treat the tenants of the properties they manage.
Subsequently cancelled viewing and will not be dealing with in the future, terrible customer service skills.
