I’ve just had the best milkshake EVER! The customer service was superb by both staff. I would highly recommend this milkshake shop for anyone in Berko. 10/10 would go again. Teigan was especially amazing for her quality milkshakes. I recommend the Milky Way milkshake, was amazing!

Terrible customer service from the "senior" in charge, spent £25 on five drinks and did not get a hello or even a thank you! - shop was empty so no excuses. Staff had to go out to buy ingredients too, so after a long wait still no thank you or sorry about the wait. Drinks were nice but rather spend my money elsewhere.
