A lovely place with delicious ice creams, very reasonably priced for their sizes especially that the ice creams are homemade. Lots of options to choose from. Customer service was also very good, staff friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Very tasty Gelato and good coffee and milkshake which we enjoyed sitting beside the canal. Will definitely visit again
The brown haired man with the hearing aid was embarrassingly rude. I asked the young lady behind the counter if there were any gluten free pancakes (as they were advertised on the window) and he just let out the biggest sigh in the background (wasn’t even being served by him) and he then put his head in his hands like a stroppy teenager. The young lady seemed nice though and just looked back at me awkwardly, and he then jumped in to say “there’s not enough mixture anyway!”. He spoke rather arrogantly to his staff. I said it’s no problem just the drinks are fine. So we had the drinks, and coffee was good but the customer service was out of order. Unsurprisingly I’m not the first to complain about rudeness here.

Olivia Groves is the most polite and helpful employee as she gracefully put the ice cream in the big round cone and loved doing it this is why i loved it and also loved her helpful and gorgeous service at Marios. she also deserves a pay rise because you don't pay your workers enough.
