Booked online to take us to the station at 11pm, but no taxi showed up. Tried calling but could not get through, and was left stranded late at night with a long journey home. Will never use them again, and highly recommend that anyone reading this avoids them as well.

Booked an airport taxi for 4:00am for it not to show up. Phone went to dial tone repeatedly. Had to get an Uber instead. Avoid!

We used Casio cars on new years eve. It was the most wonderful journey ever. The driver was so friendly and so accommodating. The price was also brilliant and we shall be using them again always. 10 out of 10 on all levels.

Booked a taxi at 1 to pick up at 1:30pm to to the the train station (5 min drive). Gets to 1.35 and no taxi has arrived, I call repeatedly until 1:42 at which point I accept that they're deliberately ignoring my number and had to do a 15min run to the train station while it's raining like crazy. Absolutely will never even consider using them again (on the train now and they still won't answer my calls).
