First visit under new ownership and the fishery is in good hands. Plenty of fish seen in both lakes, and maintenance of the grounds is well taken care of. Fish were hard to tempt, generally following the flies but reluctant to take. Fast stripping led to a nice rainbow of 1 1/2 lb on a blue shuttlecock just sub surface ( own tying ).

Excellent fishery for both amateurs and children as well as the serious expert. I bring my children to here to the kids pool and they love it. We always catch both trout and perch and usually take a decent trout home for dinner. I've never visited the main pool but I'm sure it's well stocked. It's a value for money outing that my kids enjoy and I can't say fairer than that. Thanks.
Very nice place and friendly guy running it. Well worth a visit. Plenty of fish showing , but sadly not temptad by my flies. Pleasant surroundings though.
