Disregard some of the mad reviews below. Hired a van from them this week and they made the whole process ridiculously easy. They're also clearly taking all COVID precautions, the prices are very reasonable and they have a large fleet of new vehicles. I'll use them again.

I have a small business - rented a short base van: First they asked for my personal information - licence and NI number, so I emailed a copy of my picture licence and quoted my NI number - then the next email after giving all my private information was "we do not have the vehicle" this was done less then 20hrs before pick-up. Spoke to Paul the manager - he admitted this happens regularly and did not offer a like for like (over booked like most greedy companies). If you are in the Chesham / Berkhamsted (Buckinghamshire) area and looking for a good reliable local business to rent a van or vehicle please see: J & R Car & Van Hire, this company has real working people unlike imperial vehicle hires posh money greedy people.
