First Impressions
The receptionist was amazing and very welcoming. After completing the new patient form I was told to go to the top of the stairs and it is the 'first door'.
On the first floor there was a door with a radiation symbol and another with another dentist. Confused as to where I should go, I knocked on the dentist door, but as there was no answer continued up the stairs to floor two.
Here the dentist came out and said could I not see the no-entry sign? I had clearly missed this in my confusion. It was only at this point the dentist I was meant to see opened the door with the radiation sign on it - apparently this unmarked door was where I was meant to go.
Don't get me wrong the dentist I saw was lovely, but the whole experience was not great. The other dentist was so abrupt that I came away with the feeling I would not feel comfortable here.
Great dental practice, very clean, made me feel so comfortable and gave me the best treatment!
What an amazing people are at this place is I was nervous and no confidence but even after my first appointment Samantha Howard made me feel so relaxed and Hedi highly recommend lovely friendly people
