I always go to Timpson for engraving,car fobs/keys,and shoe repairs.
Always excellent service.
I really think they run their business in a brilliant way,giving their staff every opportunity to take their lives forward.A very ethical company,which is not always the case with some other companys that have zero hour contracts,and take advantage of their workers.
Maybe thats why I get good service at Timpson,because their staff are happy,and motivated.

I went to Timpsons to ask about engraving a key fob. The chap working there was really helpful and polite. He explained he did the engraving on the premises and that it could be done within 45 minutes. He showed me all the different types of fonts to choose from.
We discussed the price, which was very reasonable and less than the jewelers. (who didn't want to engrave an item I hadn't purchased from them anyway)
I left my item and returned 50 minutes later. My item was ready, the engraved inscription was brilliant, absolutely perfect and clear.
I am totally thrilled with the result.
