The level of customer service has always been very poor but lately it’s become appalling. The place is so disorganised, they staff can never find prescriptions. This is not just my opinion which is based on my experiences but also that of many others I talk to while queuing endlessly. I will no longer use this pharmacy.

Useless - hand prescription in a week before every time to be asked same questions - every time not ready and told come back tomorrow waiting time is ridiculous. Someone from head office needs to audit this place . Worst pharmacy about - sorry.

Collect prescriptions regularly from here as my son is unfortunately with gelligaer surgery.the staff are all lovely but they are very understaffed.long wait time.you cannot pick your medication up until day after script with them.pharmacist does not help staff to distribute medication when its busy.only one person serving.i am with nelson surgery and use Sheppards chemist in nelson.they are fantastic. Have at least 5 to 6 staff daily.nigel the pharmacist is brilliant. He always has time for you and in busy periods will help staff.lloyds chemist has a lot of chemists and I hope they read this review and actually help gelligaer Lloyd's as I can see that their customers are very unhappy with a very poor service because of limited staff.

The staff are great, and are always helpful considering how busy they are. I wouldn't want their job as it's completely thankless. Yes you do have to wait but bear in mind they have to sort prescriptions for hundreds of people every day. I cringe at how rude some people are.

Absolute disgrace of a chemist. Me and my partner are on high doses of medication for out mental health, and my partner is on weekly batch prescriptions. A specific day was not said when to collect his weekly, he went the day after they were supposedly ready to pick up without telling him and they told him "if he didn't come on time they get thrown out end of". Every prescription I put in for myself takes 4-5 days to be ready and even then I'm waiting 45 minutes for it. I waited 20 minutes in the queue and was the only person waiting outside closing time and she locked the door and didn't even say anything to me. When I knocked she told me they were done but they are going on break early and told me to come back. Full of rude, arrogant and very disrespectful workers. THE WORST CHEMIST IN CAERPHILLY AREA. This post doesn't even describe half of it.
