Premiere Velocity

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! What a shambles. I booked a brand new Aston Martin DB9 with Dream Car Hire/Premiere Velocity(careful, they go by several aliases but the customer service doesn't seem to change), 9 months in advance of our wedding day to use to drive us from the church and general use over the weekend. We paid the whole balance in advance, which in hindsight was an error as the service was so appalling probably because they had no incentive to actually fulfil the order after they had been paid. Firstly, we had to chase Dream car/Premier Velocity for details of our booking in the weeks leading up to the event, only to be told that they were having trouble sourcing the car and that they had outsourced the contact to another company, Bespoke Sports car hire. We were then told that we had a choice between a white(the only colour we requested not to have) Aston Martin Vantage and a DB9 grey coupe. We chose the coupe, figuring that while it wasn't what we ordered, it was a better fit for us than the white Vantage. What turned up on the day was a 10-15 year old car with scratches all over, faulty brake lights, a clunky mechanical sound it occasionally made while driving, faulty electronics, no functioning hand brake, hadn't been serviced in God knows how long, no functioning radio - completely and utterly unfit to drive and a clear breach of contract on the hire companies part. My wife had no choice but to use it but we refused to use it for the rest of the weekend because it wasn't road worthy. As befits their conduct from the start, the company's response to this has been totally inadequate - no offer of any kind of refund and a refusal to look at facts in the face. Needless to say, we are considering the full range of legal possibilities available to us. No one should have to put up with this level of customer 'service'.

Hassle free car hire company with amazing customer service from both the driver and manager. The car was clean and well maintained when delivered to me. Most importantly got the car I booked. Thank you guys

Great Service! I booked Premiere's Aston Martin DB9 during the Christmas period and from the start I knew I was dealing with a top class company. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable about their fleet during the booking process. The Aston was delivered to my door on a flatbed trailer at a time that best suited me by an extremely polite delivery agent. The handover process was very useful, with the guy giving me a 'mini brief' of the cars features and functions, as well as how to get the best experience out of the car (legally of course!). The overall experience with Premiere Velocity was fantastic and I would (and have) recommend them. Top work guys and girls keep it up!

My experience with Premier Velocity was brilliant from start to finish. The service provided was excellent, their staff were very knowledgeable about the cars and told me everything I needed to know before taking to the wheel. The car itself was in pristine condition and amazing to drive, it totally lived up to my expectations. Overall an unforgettable experience and worth every penny, I can’t recommend them enough! My only complaint is that I couldn’t keep the car at the end!
