Garden on a Roll

Good range of produces and great idea!!! Would have given 4 or 5 stars but the customer service could be better as they are generally slow to reply to emails (plus don't return phone calls). Also had a few plants die within first few weeks but no response yet on whether these would be replaced or refunded

Excellent service. As novice gardeners, we wouldn't know what to put where. We are really looking forward to watching the bed mature over the next few years. Many thanks to all, esp Adam for his support.

I am so angry at this company I ordered plants via homebase website on the 16th August , this was a large order of £1036.00 . I received notification from company that they would deliver on the 26th August 2020 . This was not convenient as garden landscape work would not be completed until the 4th September . I cannot tell you how many times I rang this company , no answer and constantly on answer phone message and emailed them . No response at all I made it clear that I needed a morning slot as took day of work and had help coming planting the plants on this day . I wanted an AM slot and to know where I stood . So again,i sent an urgent message via email to cancel order if i was not given a time and confirmation that they were going to deliver . Surprise , Surprise!! got a response as they knew I was serious with regards to cancelling order . The order was a apparently packed and shipped . I was gonna refuse deliver as if communication and customer service anything to go by I was not impressed and totally fed up . The Managing director Antony Henn emailed me and texted messaged me . Full of apologises the night before the deliver on the 4th September please do not cancel i will give you 20% off and reimburse your inconvenience . The driver did not come until after 2pm and Antony Henn was contacting me constantly to make sure i was ok . I was at the time impressed by the apparent good will gesture of 20% refund and contact . This did not last long as he has now started to ignore all my communication again and promised refund of 20% which i have never received as promised Sunday....be warned . 87 small plants for £1036 plus 5 hand forks and gloves. Well packed at least. One plant struggling to survive, disappointing experience won't be repeating as waste if money, stressful and upsetting. Copies if all texted/emails if homebase wish see them . Garden on a roll sort your customer service out . I can not believe the 5 stars on here!!

Great idea for those who aren't sure what to plant in your borders! The plants arrived in a great condition and the planting instructions easy to follow! Thanks Garden on a Roll
