I was experiencing stiffness in my lower back. I went to see Dr Jodie twice. The first time she practiced sport massage on me which helped me to be able to do the previous stretches she had instructed me to do. After a while I noticed that the tension was in my middle back so I went back to see Dr Jodie, who then conducted acupuncture on my back. This was exactly what I needed. My back has been free of stiffness and tension. It is now very easy to keep up with the stretches.

Dr Jodie is lovely. She’s so good at what she does. I highly recommend her. She helped me with my back neck pain.

So happy with the treatment I received from HMG. All the staff are very helpful and welcoming. Dr Jodie is professional and knowledgeable and she took time to understand my back pain issues before starting treatment. Through a series of weekly sessions using a combination of massage and acupuncture plus tailored exercise plan to do at home between sessions I am now living pain free! Highly recommend their physiotherapy services and wonderful to have this excellent practice in my home town of Waltham Abbey.
