My normal Dentist was unable to remove the deep root following a recent extraction. She referred me to Ware Dental Care for the specialist procedure , of delving into my gum in order to remove the remaining root. I found the Receptionists smiling and very helpful, and reassuring. I was impressed by the preparations that were made in the surgery , before I was invited to the dentist room. In these times they do lots of preparation. I was seen by Mr Tamer Theodassy, From the start I was impressed by the fact that he injected the anaesthetic with very little pain to me . Very good . Then he, and his kind assistants proceeded with great confidence and reassurance. In a short time , it was finished ... On reflection , I am writing this review because : It was obviously a potentially difficult procedure. His skill meant that he did not make a large incision in my gum . So I did not need stitches ! I was left with very little bleeding ! I had very little pain afterwards!! His skilful work did as little disruption to my gum as was possible. All in all , I think I was very lucky to have Mr Theodassy carry out my treatment. With Many Thanks . Martin Fitzgerald

Dr Bansri Patel and Gaby Constable are a credit to the practice. Excellent service, excellent Covid safety and intent on my check up being completed throughly. Highly recommend.

Can't move away from this dentist quick enough. Front of desk staff are so rude and disinterested and dentist wasn't much better. Think they've got a god given right to take your money - absolutely awful place

After attending Ware Dental Care for a while now I felt it was time to come on and give a review.I was shocked to see the 1 star reviews to be honest.I have only EXCELLENT praise for this practice.The receptionists are helpful one in particular Maria who is always so pleasant and will do her best to sort out your enquiry .To a lovely helpful and pleasent dental nurse Jacqui who I had the pleasure to meet today while visiting my dentist who is Priyanka. Now I have had a few dentists in my time and had some very bad experiences.I have never come across one like Priyanka, I felt like it was my lucky day from the very first appointment with priyanka. She is a pleasant young lady who explains herself to you very well, she listens and asks if you have any questions .What I really liked about Priyanka is how confident she is as a dentist.Which she has every reason to be because every procedure she has performed on me has been a complete success . I am so happy to finally have found a dentist that I have 100% + faith in . My Husband has now left he's dentist and registered with Priyanka he's had a procedure done and is extremely satisfied. Many Thanks Priyanka and team Mr and Mrs Hoade
