Mother Theresa's Meals By Presto

Meals would always arrive very very late (early afternoon) or 11. The service WAS usable. We tried to work really hard with the management team to get things back on track but promise after promise were all made in vain. It is really hard when vulnerable people are involved. For us the service fell a long way short of what was required and agreed.

87 yo left without sandwiches ...so nothing to eat for tea, 2 days on the trot . did recieve an apology on the second day but no offer of a later delivery . Suggest that phone call is made to confirm order. Is ok most of the time ( but i had to travel over an hour on both days to deliver sandwiches ...lucky I was available)

My parents have used MT meals for some years now. The staff have been amazing, friendly, caring and always polite and happy to help. The food always looks appetising and the portions are just right, always plenty of choice. Since loosing my Dad in January, MT Meals have continued to look after our Mum which has resulted in us being able to keep Mum at home and independent. The delivery staff are patient and caring and we have never been let down by them in all these years. MT Meals have become a lifeline for our parents and may they continue to thrive. Keep up the great work, you don't realise how much a service like yours contributes to the happiness and well being of not only the customer but to the wider family to. Thank you all.

The driver Mother Theresa’s who delivers to Newick is going to cause a serious accident one day. Many local residents are concerned with the way he parks his van on a main road junction when he could easily park somewhere else. I nearly saw a head on collision the other day caused by this awful driver parking his van in this way.

Have had these home made meals for over 10 years . They are great can recommend. thank you Mother Theresas
