John is a great guy and a better osteopath. I have sporadic pain in my back that needs maintenance and he is always accommodating and always communicates his treatment plans. The prices are really reasonable given the results he achieves. I have recommended him to friends and family and would recommend to others without hesitation.

I have now seen John Lancaster three times in the last 10yrs or so. Once after a motor accident, second due to a trapolin injury and rectently due to getting old. In no more than 3 visits he has sorted me out each time and I have been on my way. What more could you ask for when you are in pain, highly recommend. Thanks John much appreciated.

John treated my son for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and we are still so grateful for the treatment. We had spent years going through CBS and other treatments but John really helped him to get better. My son knows that his sessions with John got him well and he is now living a very full and active life.

Would highly recommend. John is friendly and professional. There is no unnecessary manipulation, just gentle but effective treatment. And after I broke my collarbone in a road accident he has helped me get full movement back, with treatment in the clinic and exercises for home.
