I went to visit John following a long term football injury I sustained last year.I thought I had got over the injury but the back pain kept coming back.John booked me in ASAP and got my posture back to how it should be after a couple of sessions. I had severe back pain and was recommended to The Lancaster Clinic. I was in so much pain and I couldn't see an end to it because pain killers did nothing! After seeing John for the first 2 sessions, my pain had considerably decreased. After further sessions the pain has gone. John gave me advice on how to look after my back after my session and explained everything he was doing. I continue to go to the clinic on a monthly basis for maintenance of my back. You only have one back, it seems crazy not to look after it! Great osteopath and I always recommend him!

The pains that have occurred over the years from physical work have made me suffer, ive tried other osteopaths, but they haven't been as good as john, if id of know how good john was id of saved myself a lot of money, id recommend john and his clinic to anyone with the same situation as me.

I been going to John lancaster for 10 years plus now and weather it's Neck, Back wrists ankles etc he all sorts the problem out!
Similar place
