Attracted by the ultra-informative website we found The Loft Boys to be totally pleasant and professional in all dealings, from handling the first enquiry, to the survey (Dean), the quote and scheduling (Sharron & Lily), and the installation (Wayne & Tom). The whole job - insulation, floor, hatch and ladder - was completed in one day and the clean-up left our house spotless. Many thanks to all.

We had our loft hatch moved, a new ladder installed and the loft boarded. 'The Loft Boys' were very professional from start to finish. I was kept informed at every step of the process. The job was split into two, on two different dates (at our request) and so two different teams turned up during the course of the entire job. Both teams were punctual, professional, courteous, tidy and nothing was too much trouble. The job was completed on time and at the agreed price. I can highly recommend 'The Loft Boys', they take pride in delivering the complete package.

An excellent job completed in one day with everything left very tidy! I have no hesitation in recommending The Loft Boys, and I wish I'd done this a few years ago instead of putting up with a very dodgy ladder and floorboards. Going into the loft is now so easy and safe, plus the wooden ladder and new loft hatch look so much better than the old ones.

We had our small loft lined for additional household storage. Despite the challenges of this "new normal" they were professional, efficient and transparent about their work. In the end I didn't like the trapdoor (PVC was a poor choice on my behalf) and they came back to fit a wooden one. The process (despite the covid delays to initial installation) was great. Lots of communication. Thanks Loft Boys!! It they were a restaurant I'd tip.
