So glad I found a knowledgeable personal trainer who’s also a physio and knows a lot about health and fitness. Simon was able to enhance my understanding of how to get the most out of my fitness routine. He also updated my plan regularly and shared it with me. His knowledge is second to none! He was also very flexible and able to deliver Personal Training sessions in the park near my house at a time that suited me. Highly recommend his services!”

Simon has been training me through 2020. His approach is a mix of the science of fitness and good old fashioned motivation to stretch to your goals. He understands that fitness is practical and relates to what you want to achieve in life - he is excellent at understanding me as a person and my goals. Most importantly, he is also a very nice person with life experience and a sense of humour that really helps when it is cold and raining when you need to train. Highly recommended.

I have recently relocated away from Limehouse, however, over the course of the last year, Simon really helped me to build my confidence with exercise again after a series of injuries when I was finding it difficult to get going. He was also always very professional during our sessions and his physiotherapy knowledge really made a difference in how he approached the type of activities which would help me specifically. Simon was a great PT. I needed someone able to work with my knee and ankle injury and Simon has been able to provide great services. He was flexible and kept following up on the program. I was unfortunate to have Covid19 impacting our session and then had to move out of London so couldn't finish my sessions. Thanks to Simon i have developed my knowledge on how to deal with knee and ankle pain with different stretches and exercises.

Simon has helped me as both as a physio and a personal trainer and is very knowledgeable and professional in both fields. For the personal fitness side of things he was able to tailor a program to my particular needs, sports specific exercises and drills to help me in my chosen sport. Unfortunately I had a rather bad fall and made a large mess of my shoulder which set me in a different path for over year really. Simon was able to set me on the road to recovery. He is a great communicator, knows his subject extremely well and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who has a need a of a physio or personal trainer. It’s of great benefit to me having a personal trainer and a physio in one package.
