I had been experiencing lower back pain for some time due to intense sport and exercise. I attended UFLEXX Health clinic where I received prompt and personalised treatment, enabling me to continue with daily activities and sports without pain! Their service is so convenient for me and I am always greeted with a friendly smile from staff. Would 100% recommend their services.

I have had neck problems for a number of years following a road traffic accident, experiencing severe pain and muscle spasms. Aaron was able to diagnose the problem easily and give treatment to the effected area via massage and providing exercises for me to follow . The service was excellent from booking online to client one to one treatment and I would highly recommend Uflexx .

Having being at a loose end with a reoccurring hamstring injury, which troubled me for over 2 years and put me out of football at a competitive level, an accurate diagnosis and a tailored rehab programme was exactly what I needed to help me return to full fitness. With both knowledgable and personable Sports Therapists on hand, UFLEXX were able to identify my weaknesses and devise a functional programme, that has now seen me return in a timely manner. I was fed up and I was starting to believe it had become a long term injury, therefore I couldn’t recommend UFLEXX enough.
