Toby helped with my rehab after I sustained a cuboid avulsion fracture. He setup a methodical and achievable plan which he assessed and tweaked each week in accordance with my progress. His positive and professional attitude to his work makes his sessions enjoyable.

I had an elbow problem that was causing a lot of pain. Toby's diagnosis was quick and accurate and his treatment plan was well explained. The whole experience was very professional and well delivered. I would thoroughly recommend Atherapy, in particular Toby.

I had a great experience with Danielle. She was professional but also personable which made our sessions enjoyable. I am not always the best at doing the exercises in my own time but she was always patient with me and I have seen a great improvement in my injuries as a result of working with her!

I have just finished my course of physio with Toby and in 4 sessions he has managed to fix a long standing shoulder problem!!! Toby used modern techniques and exercises to strengthen my shoulder area as well as provide it with much greater flexibility. I could not recommend Toby (as well a Athearpy - whom previously under a different physio managed to greatly alleviate my life long lower back pain) highly enough.
