I went to see Rocco in real pain with a lot of anxiety, and left transformed! He was truly brilliant. Very attentive and professional - he got to the root cause of my back issue and set it right with a variety of osteopathy, acupuncture and sports massage. And I left with some great exercises. Highly recommended!

Book an appointment with Darren ASAP if you consider seeing an osteopath! Darren is so knowledgeable and thorough! He will fix whatever issue you have and will go above and beyond to do so!! I was recommended Darren by an osteopath who worked on Harley Street and it was so worth spending 2 hours in transportation from home to go and see Darren in his Bow clinic! I can't recommend and praise Darren enough! :)

The team at Spine Plus are simply the best I've experienced. I owe Darren a huge debt. He spotted a serious issue with my spine on our very first meeting and sorted the clinical care I needed immediately. It's not going too far to say that if I hadn't met Darren my outcome could have been very different indeed. If you have any issues with your back/spine do yourself a favour a book in with Spine Plus - I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

It's been a long year with chronic lower back pain, visiting both osteopaths and chiropractors with some relief, but wasn't enough to get back to a normal life. Add two small kids to that and you can imagine how I was feeling. After seeing the reviews decided to try with a tiny hope left. The diagnosis was what I so needed and never found, until that appointment with Mr Darren. He heard my concerns, spent a lot of time analysing my scan and after proper seeing me he came to a conclusion. Mr Darren guided me to and how to get the help I needed, helped me so much where he could and I can say I am now most of the time pain free! Hopefully in a couple of months with the exercise given I can say "I'm 100% pain free". If you're experiencing anything similar, give it a try. Maybe you'll be writing something similar in the near future. If Mr. Darren can help then he will, if he can't he will guide you to get what you need. Have hope! :) Thank you for everything Mr Darren, for your patience and easy talking. Even when I speak too much you never show being bothered! Also, thank you Mr Terry for always being so kind.
