The team at this place are great. A Hardworking bunch, I go here most lunch times to get out of the office and for their coffee. Food is also excellent, the place is spotlessly clean, why would you go elsewhere & pay over £5.00 for a couple of coffees when you can get a latte + flat white for £1.98! Great team work here. Everyone very well organised and knowing what to do to offer a great customer service. Love to have my lunches from Wenzels Stevenage brunch. Great food and good prices.
I was so happy to see Wenzel's n Stevenage... Best rye bread....
Ordered delivery through JustEat. After waiting for an hour for a driver to be assigned to the order, we had called up the store in an attempt to get our order cancelled. Turns out the store’s delivery tablet has been unplugged and switched off causing orders not to be processed - which in itself would be okay, everyone makes mistakes. What makes this experience so disappointing is the lady (manager) then having a go at us and shouting abuse over the phone accusing me and my partner turning the tablet off and causing them to lose money. If the quality of customer service reflects the quality of the food, please avoid this place at all costs.
Love the Wenzel's Stevenage, great team and best food.
