Absolutely numpty staff. I ask for double syrup and I get two shots instead of 8(4 is one shot). I hate this place from my heart and I wish they would sack the people working there. They are also the slowest, if you ever see queue there, don’t even bother.

Visit daily as is very comfortable with excellent outlook over the Boulevard.
Lovely Costa upstairs inside the Debenhams store. Friendly, helpful staff who make the best coffee I've tasted. Nice seating area and fast service.
Awful coffee, half the medium cups were full of froth, and we asked for them to be topped up (see photo after they had been topped up) also coffee barely warm, will not be going there again. The tray was full of the discarded froth, disgusting coffee.
Good pit stop in midst of very busy retail park. Friendly and fast service, which is a big plus.
