The worst Luxury car hire company in the UK. My car broke on Saturday at 10am the LCH promised to deliver the car at 14:00hrs. The dealership was closing at 14:00hrs too. The driver couldn’t make on time I had to wait until 15:30hrs in the hot sun on the road. Took the car and the documents were not correct. The copy of logbook had a cut on the edge which is not accepted by Chauffuer companies and the rental agreement started and finished on the same day. I called them on Monday to rectify the issue, they promised to send them by email with in 5 minutes. It never happened I had to call again and come across this rude agent who was blaming me for their own mistake with out any apology. This company is charging me £15 per day for not using their car. My car is still not fix but this car has no use for me I told them to come and collect it. Highly not recommended... I wish would have take it day one.

Excellent customer service! Replacement vehicle delivered within 3 hours of my car being collected, and from Borehamwood (1.5 hours from my location!). Process was smooth and pain free thanks to Benita and Dan. Refreshing to see a company who cares and delivers. Highly recommend LCH based on my experience with this company, 5 stars!.

Rented from there 3 times, guys in office is great but the guys at warehouse are rude, one of them even said to me "move away now we need the space". Best just to ignore the warehouse team and just speak with the office if any issues etc they'll look after you very well.

LCH, 5 star service, with 5 star people. Come highly recommended, as during the past couple of months they have helped me no end, due to to the fact that my car was off the road. But they kept me going, also considering that my wife is a key worker and doesn't drive. So well done to the team, from the office staff to the drivers that delivered the car's, thank you.

An excellent company that provides a superb service. I have had to use LCH several times over the last few years and have never been disappointed. On the most recent occasion they had a replacement car available but hadn't got a driver to deliver it to me that afternoon and I would have to wait until the next day. When I explained to Leanne that I had some very important clients to drive the next day, she said that she would move heaven and earth to find a driver and try to get it to me that evening. She was as good as her word and I got the car later that day. I couldn't have been happier with the service and I'm eternally grateful to Leanne for her help. A great company with fantastic staff. I can't recommend them highly enough.
