Medivet were so welcoming and made our puppy feel really comfortable. They were able to fit us in at short notice and took the time to give us really thorough advice.

I found a young hurt bird - later found to be a woodpecker and didn't know what to do with it. The wildlife hospital was too far and Vets4pets would have taken it but put it to sleep. Took it to Medivet and they were really helpful, took it in, monitored it and found it had a bad back (it was a young bird). Were helpful when I phoned to find out how it was

Someone handed my beautiful but too friendly BSH cat in to Medivet as they found him in their garden . Medivet rang the microchip company but the details had failed to register . The staff rang round local vets until they found where he may be registered . They then then rang me to go get him . They knew he had to belong to someone as he’s so friendly . Can’t thank them enough fur getting him back to me . Wonderful staff

In these uncertain times medivet chose to look at a few pictures and GUESS what it could be and recommended I put my dog on medication for 2 weeks to rule out if the dog had mites or not due to him chewing his paws. This is because they refused to bring him into the vet to carry out a genuine test which is a skin graft to determine whether or not he did have mites! Instead they wanted me to drug my dog up for 2 weeks when it turned out after attending a different vet which was more than happy to carry out the necessary tests that he DID NOT HAVE MITES and was a form of allergy! I would have cost myself £60 on medication that was not needed and also would have left my dog suffering for a further 2 weeks due to him not being given the correct medication, absolutely astonished the fact medivet have there vets guessing and willing to give out medication when there not even sure.
