Asked staff if a drink had dairy, was told yes (even though it was a drink I have been served elsewhere dairy free). Repeatedly asked to see the packet as I assumed it may be a cross contamination risk.
I was refused several times, emailed Costa themselves who have confirmed that the drink contains no dairy, won't be returning as can't trust what drink options have what allergens in or don't have allergens.
First and last time in this Costa. Winter cold outside they keep door open inside like in the fridge. Coffee just warm.

Clean facilities, like most costa's nice tasty drinks and cake, but I can't put five stars as there are quite a few weak points.
