Friendly service but no breakfast rolls (or anything like it - fridge problems maybe?)
I don't like wearing masks but I do wear them, so disappointed to see many people walk in, ignore the sign saying mask should be worn. Protect the staff and other customers...

Poor customer service. Not wearing masks whilst preparing drinks during covid. Staff seen sniffing drinks to check if drink was correct. Not aware of stock. Making drinks poorly using little or no ingredients (syrups) when unavailable.
Service was slick and they have all the measures to keep you safe. Service was prompt and it felt warmly and cosy.
Friendly staff and a clean/sanitised shopfront. Covid safe in my opinion
It was the first time we have been in since the lockdown ended. It seems well organized and they seemed to have a good range on offer. The barista and I struggled to hear each other through the partition but we got there in the end.
