Spent the most amazing weekend in one of the holiday cottages. Virws around the coastline were breathtaking. Staff could not do more to help. A bonus to arrive to find that a field of sunflowers was open to the public ... You could even pick your own for a donation to local charities.
Absolutely stunning place! Can't wait for my daughter's wedding there August 2022.
The Christmas Fair was great maybe a few more stalls next time. Very well organised.
A few days of luxury in a stone barn tastefully renovated and furnished with underfloor heating, walk-in shower, comfortable bed and kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave etc. A warm welcome from the hosts who made every effort for us and clean accommodation. A quiet location half a mile from the sea. We enjoyed coastal walks and strolls on Llantwit Major’s beach with its river estuary, rock pools and welcoming cafe with plenty of outdoor seating.
If you hurry you might be able to have a holiday in August!
This venue also hosts weddings and we could see that this would make a romantic place to marry in a stone barn surrounded by family and friends.
Lovely couple of hours out. Walked the sunflower field and the path. Donated to their chosen charity. Nice pictures if you are after a sunflower scene.
