Great vets, took my mums dog for a second opinion as I was not very impressed with my usual vets. I was impressed how the system ran with the current pandemic, I felt safe and at ease and the nurses were very helpful and explained the process prior when booking the appointment and I was informed to let them know of my arrival. When I called to let them know of my arrival one of the nurses answered the phone very politely and informed me they would be out for my boy shortly. They where very caring and compassionate and explained all my treatment options I will return and will definitely recommend.

I don’t know if this is because if the pandemic, but we had a very very bad experience with them. We made an appointment to do the second jab for our puppy (the first one was done by it’s breeder somewhere else). But here comes the nightmare. firstly, the vet did not allow us to go inside the clinic, without noticing us beforehand. So throughout the entire process, we didn’t know whats going on or what did they do to our dog. Secondly, we rang up a week ago to ask if they can do second jab for our dog, they said yes, it’s compatible and only one jab will be needed. But when we got there, they changed the plan and recommended a whole new vaccination scheme which needs two more jabs, and when we looked up online, the new scheme is actually not compatible with the old one. Before we made the final decision, they just called us and had a brief exchange with us over the phone while the dog is in the clinic, we definitely felt the whole thing is strongly misled. What’s more worrying is, They recommended Nobivac L4 in the end, I admitted i should do more research before hands. But please be aware, this vaccine has been reported to kill hundreds of dogs and many vets would say to avoid it. Just hope we were notified by the risk before. Won’t go back to this place again

I have a very nervous dog but he always comes out Of here happy the vet and the nurses are amazing and always get a very friendly welcome in person and on the phone nothing is ever to much trouble they know exactly who you and your pets are at all times I drive 10 miles to come here as I wouldn’t go anywhere else now I have tried more local vets but my dog gets too distressed but he adores the staff here good work guys

The vet is good with rabbits - which is super important for any bun parents. My two went in for neutering with absolutely no issues at all, they were home and well the same day. I’m hoping I won’t need to visit the vets at all but I’m super confident that they will be in the best hands if they do need to go in. The staff who work there are all really kind and friendly too. I have heard people say it is on the expensive side but my two little boys are my babies and so I would happily pay a little more to ensure their safety and well-being at medivet.
